3 Burpees
3 Butterfly sit-ups
 
Minutes 6 – 10 complete:
5 Kettlebell swings (1.5 / 1 pood)
5 Burpees
5 Butterfly sit-ups
 
Minutes 11 – 15 complete:
7 Kettlebell swings (1.5 / 1 pood)
7 Burpees
7 Butterfly sit-ups

9 Kettlebell swings (1.5 / 1 pood)
9 Burpees
