WOD Club Open Event #2 & Dirty Thirty

If you’re competing in the WOD Club Open

“Bear Trap”
In 2 minutes complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
1 Deadlift
1 Clean
1 Front squat
1 push press (to back)
1 back squat
1 press

You pick the weight.
So… Score = (weight used X total # of reps)

WOD:

“Dirty Thirty”
For time:
30 box jumps 24″
30 jumping pullups
30 kettlebell swings 1 pood
30 walking lunges
30 knees to elbows
30 push press, 45lbs.
30 back extensions
30 wall ball shots
30 burpees
30 double unders
