With a Partner:

6 Minutes to complete:

75/65 Cal. Assault Bike

150 Double Unders

Then Complete it in 5 minutes, 4 minutes, 3 minutes. Add 1 second for each rep not completed each round.
100/90 Cal on Airdyne.

2 minute rest between each round.
