Metcon (7 Rounds for weight)

EMOM for 14 minutes:

Odd minutes: 3 Front Squats

Even minutes: Handstand Hold
Score= Front squat weight + handstand hold seconds.

So, I did 115# triple, then held my handstand for 35 seconds. Score is 150 that round. RX+ for freestanding handstands.
