Bird dogs
Elbow plank Hold :10

Metcon
15 min AMRAP:
5 Deadlifts
5 sit ups
5 Deadlifts
10 sit ups
-increase sit ups by 5 reps each time-
-Deadlifts hold onto something with one hand, pick up your DB or object with the other hand. Switch hands every 5 reps. Raise the floor if needed.-
