Metcon (Time)

14 Rounds of:

10 SA DB Deadlifts (50/35)

10 SA DB Hang Squat Cleans

10 SA DB Push Press

10 SA Front Rack Lunge

After rounds 3,7,&9 perform

7 Turkish Get-Ups
Complete a round using only one arm and then switch. (7 on the left, 7 on the right)

Alternate arms on the Turkish get-ups
