“Grace” – 30 clean and jerks (135/95#)

10 rounds of “Cindy” – 5 pullups / 10 pushups / 15 air squats
2000m row

400m team run

Rules:
Complete “Grace” sharing one bar. Teammates take turns as necessary until 30 reps are completed.

One person does round(s) of “Cindy” while the other rows toward 2K. Switch as necessary.

Run the 400 together. Time is up when the last person finishes.
