600M Weighted Run (20/14)

10 Burpees over the Rower

Max Calorie Row
Run–>Rest(burpee)–>Row

Partner 1 starts with the run while Partners 2 & 3 perform 10 synchronized burpees over the rower. Once the burpees are completed P3 begins rowing for max calories while P2 rests. When P1 returns from the run, the person rowing grabs the wall ball and leaves out for the run. The two remaining partners perform 10 synchronized burpees and then the partner that was resting gets on the rower for max calories.
