Partner A: 200m sandbag run
Partner B: 12 one-arm alternating kettlebell snatch 53/35#
12 one-arm overhead walking lunges 53/35#
3 rope climbs
One guy runs while the other guy gets reps. Come back in from the run and pick up where your partner left off.
Comp: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In 5 minutes complete max rep muscle-ups.
