In 2 person teams, complete for time:

3000m row
300 double unders
100 burpees

At the top of each minute you must rotate stations. Partners can start and be working at different stations at the same time to accumulate reps. Once the reps are complete for one movement, work to finish the other two. If/when you have only one movement left, take turns as necessary to finish.
Scaling: 3x single unders = 1 Double under
