Tabata = (:20 seconds on / :10 seconds rest) x 8 rounds. 
Score = worst round score for each movement. 
These are all-out 20 second intervals. This is not the workout to “game” in order to score better. Rather, go hard from the beginning and see if you can hold on to a big number. Have fun!
