Tabata intervals of each movement:
Pullups
Pushups
Situps
Air squats

So… (:20 seconds on / :10 seconds rest) x 8 rounds
Do all 8 rounds of pullups before moving on to pushups etc.

Score = total reps

    Did this today (12/3/11) – 12 pullups, 57 pushups, 77 situps, 108 air squats = 254
