For the last 4 years we have trained some of the best athletes in Pampa through their summer off-season. Our program is designed to build the framework for all power athletes playing high school and college sports: Power, Speed, Strength, and Mechanics.
We believe that summer is the best time re-introduce a structured, coach-led, program that starts with basic mechanics of movements and injury prevention. As an athlete, you can only get as good as you can properly move. Squatting, jumping, landing, pushing, pulling, and throwing are extremely important and will transfer over to any sport you wish to play. As the technique improves, the athletes are layered with appropriately intense, short, power-based workouts that challenge the best while giving the up-and-coming athletes the confidence they need to succeed.
