Work up to 80-85% of your 1RM and perform 6 singles with rest between each.
Squat Cleans with a partner for time:
Choose a weight approx. 10-30 lbs. lighter than your 6 singles.
Take turns doing one rep at a time for 60 reps.
Then… 800m Run for time.
