Intro to CrossFit class will be at 10am for newbies.

0-15: Chinese Snatch Pull + Hang Snatch (Slowly work up to a heavy single.)

20-28: Squat Snatch (1 rep EMOM for 8 minutes)

Pick a weight and try to hit it for all 8 reps.

30-40: Glute-Ham Raises (4 sets of 8)
