3 Snatch Grip Deadlifts
2 Hang Power Snatch
1 Hang Squat Snatch
30-40: Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)
EMOM for 10 minutes complete:
50% of your max rep kipping HSPU’s
So, if you can do 12 HSPU’s in a row, then complete 6 EMOM for 10 mins.
45-55: Metcon (Distance)
:30 seconds max distance / :30 second rest for 10 rounds.
Sub for handstand walk is inch worms. Record total distance traveled.
