First 4 mins are POWER SNATCH + HANG SQUAT SNATCH + SNATCH BALANCE
Second 4 mins are HANG SQUAT SNATCH
Final 4 mins are SQUAT SNATCH
Record weight used for each minute.
Back Squat (3 sets of 8)
Overhead Squat (5 singles, pausing for 10 seconds)
