0-12: Snatch Balance (Work up to a heavy single)

12-24: Snatch Grip Deadlift (Work up to a heavy set of 5. )

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM for 10 mins:

Odd: :30 sec weighted hollow plank

Even: :30 sec max rep pike push-ups. If you fail, hold the top of the push-up position for the remaining time.
Pike feet on the floor or a box. Touch head to the floor or abmat.
