Record your dumbbell weight to comments.
Choose a weight while warming up that you can confidently do at least 15 reps unbroken when fresh. Go so hard and fast.
Pre: Handstand Push-ups (10 mins of practice then 1 set for max reps. )
This is a great chance to get better at some aspect of this movement. Strength, shoulder mobility, speed, muscular endurance, mental toughness, etc.
