Perform 2 TnG Squat Cleans straight into 2 Front Squats

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 Rounds of:

20 DB Hang Clean & Jerks (50/35)

10 DB Box Overs (24/20)

5 Sandbag Cleans (150/100)
Rest 3 minutes after each completed round. Score is three separate times, one for each round
