Power Cleans (115/85#)and Pushups
21 – 15 – 9 reps of each
Rest 2 minutes
15 – 10 – 5 reps of each
Rest 2 minutes
9 – 6 – 3 reps of each

So…21 PC’s, 21 pushups, 15 PC’s, 15 pushups etc.
Record TOTAL time, including the mandatory rest.
