Power Clean + Hang Clean (1-1-1-1)

Work at 70% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk
Add 5 -lbs. from last time

Back Squat (Work up to a single set of 5 reps)

5-10 -lbs. heavier than last weeks 75% of 1RM

Back Squat (take off 25 -lbs. and perform max reps.)

Sumo Deadlift (3RM)

Then take off 35 -lbs. and perform 2 sets of 5 reps.
