50 Toes to Bar
500M Run
50 Cal Bike
500M Run
50 Toes to Bar
50 Front Rack Lunges
Between each movement one partner will do a 50ft. sled push and the other will do a 50 ft. sled pull. Both partners run, the rest is one working and one resting.
