Metcon (Time)

In teams of 3 for time :

100 Box Jumps (24/20)

100 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1)

100 Push-Ups

100 SA Overhead Lunges (1.5/1)
While two partners are working (one at a time) the other will run 400M. When they return they can switch. Time doesn’t stop on your last Lunge. It stops when the last runner comes back in.
