Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
200m Sandbag Run
10 Kettlebell swings
10 Box Jump Overs
Both partners run, one carries the sandbag.
One minute on / one minute off. Take turns with your partner in completing the reps.
