1 Minute Plank inbetween each set

Front Squat (25 Minutes to Find a 1RM)

Shoulder Press (20 Minutes to Find a 1RM)

If you finish both lifts and still have time remaining, row at a median pace 1:55 for men and 2:10 for women.
