Live each day. I spend so much time worrying about the future that I forget this at times. Right now I’m going to live!
Yesterday was a good day in the weight room with some big milestone goals taken down!
-3 sets of 5 reps @ 300lbs. (pr)
-3 sets of 5 reps @ 185lbs.
-5 reps @ 400lbs. (pr)
Bodyweight = 198.5 lbs. (with my weightlifting shoes on)
I love taking a look at this site. Kids love to play/exercise. They blur the lines between the two often. We should all play more often.
