Handstand Walk (6 minutes to find a max distance. )
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every 2 minutes on the 2 minute complete:
2 Turkish Get-ups
2 Thrusters 95/65#
Add 2 Thrusters to each round until you cannot complete the required reps.
RX = 1.5 pood / 1 pood
RX+= 2 pood / 1.5 pood
