4 unbroken Hang Power Cleans
Repeat for 4 rounds adding 10lbs each successful round.
In 4 minutes complete max rep burpees
Again, In 2 minutes complete:
4 unbroken Hang Power Cleans
Repeat for 4 rounds adding 10lbs each successful round.
Choose your own start weight both times. Record heaviest successful weight and burpee reps (as weight) for score.
