Straight Leg Deadlift (4X8)
Light weight, especially if you’ve never done this before. Can be done with a DB or Barbell.
Bent Over Row (4X8)
Use a DB or Barbell. If using a DB, perform 4X8 on each arm.
Curl to Press (4X8)
4X8 on each arm. Use a DB.
Strict Pull-Ups (4X8)
Get creative if you don’t have a Pull-Up Bar. Use a tailgate, table, anything you can get under. If nothing is available, do plate raises.
