20 Toe touches (laying on your back legs straight up and hands reaching for toes)

10 windshield wipers (laying on your back, straight legs moving side to side/sub knees bent)

20 Russian Twists

10 Side Elbow Plank Hip touches

20 Bicycles

Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds:

400M Run

15 Overhead Squats (45/35)
Overhead squat is with a plate. Scale to a front/goblet squat if needed.
