CrossFit Pampa – Adaptive CrossFit

Metcon (1 Rounds for reps)

10 Minutes of:

10 Dumbbell Deadlifts (Right arm)

5 Dumbell Curls (Right arm)

10 Dumbell Deadlifts (Left arm)

5 Dumbell Curls (Left arm)

-2 Minute Rest/Transition-

10 Minutes of:

10 Push-Ups

10 Squats
Do the first 10 minutes from the chair. Elevate the DB up off of the floor to where it is just within your reach.

Do the second 10 minutes out of your chair using a mat for the push-ups and holding onto something at waist level or a little higher for your squats!
