1 Minute Run
3 Minute Walk
The Run is almost a sprint. Run hard each round and use the walk to let your lungs recover. Score is total distance ran/walked. (in miles) If you can’t run perform any movement to get your heart rate up for a minute and then walk (or move around your house) for 3 minutes. Burpees, Squats, Jump Rope, Mountain Climbers, etc.
