Bradley’s Birthday WOD!
1,000 Burpees
Do it Solo, with a partner, or in a team of 3.
If done with a partner, one partner must hold a handstand while one person is doing burpees. If they come out of their handstand The person doing burpees must stop. If done in a team of 3, one partner does burpees, one Partner does a handstand, and one partner rests. Switch as needed.
If you go Solo, you will need to do 16-17 Burpees per minute to finish within the time cap.
