10am – 11am Free Community Workout.
All you have to do is show up! You will be taken through a warm-up that fits your individual fitness level. Then, we will explain the workout, practice the movements, and then 3..2..1..GO! The goal is to have fun, work hard, and get fit. This class is for everyone and anyone, no matter what your fitness level is.
