50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings 1 pood
50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbows
50 push press 45#
50 back extensions
50 wall ball shots 20# 10′
50 burpees
50 double unders

Classic benchmark “chipper”. Many of these movements are relatively light and can be performed quickly by most athletes. It is for this reason that full range of motion is of the upmost importance.
