Strict to Push to Jerk (3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3…)
Pick a starting weight and perform a strict press for 3 reps. Increase the weight until you can’t perform 3 reps. At that weight, perform 3 reps of push press. Repeat the process performing power or split jerks after failing on push press. Record your heaviest set of 3.
