10 toes to bar
50ft. Farmers carry 2x(95/65#)
50ft. Broad jumps
2 Turkish get-ups (1.5/1 pood)

If you haven’t yet mastered the kipping pullup, then it’s something we should work on. We want to be good at both the kipping and strict pullup. The kipping pullup allows for more work, faster. Increased work in less time makes POWER increase! High power output is good.
