Endure – Plank / Sled

In 10 attempts, find your fastest potential 500m pace. Each interval should take no more than 10 seconds of all out sprint rowing.

1. Take your lowest / best potential 500m pace time
2. Hold a plank for this amount of time
3. Push the sled 100ft. after each plank
4. Repeat for 7 rounds and record your total time.
