EMOM 12:

Evens: 20 Box Jumps(24/20)

Odds: 2 Rope Climbs

For each rep not completed throughout the workout there will be a 5 burpee penalty. 4 missed box jumps=20 burpees

Front Rack Step Ups (20in)

With the bar in a front rack perform step ups for 4 sets of 12 on a 20 inch box. Work up to a challenging weight and perform all 4 sets at that weight.
