10-15: Hang Clean (Work up to a heavy single. )

20-35: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 minute AMRAP:

100m sprint

15 burpee pullups

100m sprint

15 inverted burpees

45-55: Metcon (Distance)

1st minute: 15/12 calorie row

2nd minute: Max distance handstand walk OR max time handstand wall hold.

Alternate back and forth for 10 minutes.
