4 minute AMRAP of:
15 Thrusters (100 / 65#)
15 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
If 90 or more reps are completed in 4 minutes, then it turns into an 8 minute AMRAP of the same movements. If 180 reps are completed by the end of 8 minutes, then it turns into a 12 minute AMRAP, and so on for as long as possible.
