12 minutes to find a 7RM. From the floor.

With a Partner:

300 Double Unders

then 3 rounds of:

400M Run

30 Toes-to-Bar

20 Front Squats (135/95)

10 Bar Muscle-Ups


300 Double Unders
While one Partner works, the other partner holds a wall ball (30/20). Partners run together.

35 Minute Time Cap.
