For as long as possible run:

1st minute: 10 meters

2nd minute: 20 meters

3rd minute: 30 meters


Until you cannot complete the round within the minute.

5 Minute Handstand Hold
10 Minute Cap

Starts one minute after the last person finishes the Death by 10M
