Clean and Jerk (EMOM x 6 @ 85% of 1RM C&J)
These are Squat Clean & Jerks
Dips (Weighted Dips! Every 10 seconds perform 1 dip.)
Dip, hold top of dip, dip, hold top of dip, etc.
Record weight and max reps.
