50 seconds at each bar / 10 seconds to transition.

10 rep max at each weight.

Must get at least 1 rep to move on.
45#, 65, 85, 105, 125, 145, 165, 185, 205, 225#

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Front Squat Ladder:

Same rules.
75#, 95, 115, 135, 155, 195, 215, 235, 255, 275#.
