Round 1: Pull a sub-1:25/500m pace for as long as possible. (Girls 1:40)

2: Pull a sub-1:30 for as long as possible. (1:45)

3: Pull a sub-1:35 for as long as posaible (1:50)

4: Pull a sub-1:30 for as long as possible. (1:45)

REST

5: Pull a sub-1:25 for as long as possible (1:40)
Scale your pace so you can sustain a :20 to 1:30 effort on the first one.
