Summer Schedule Change: There will be no 9am class beginning Monday, June 13th until July 22nd. Strength and Conditioning Camp for PISD girls begins Monday.

CrossFit Pampa – CrossFit

Clean and Jerk (3-3-3 @ 85% of your 1RM)

Back Squat (Work up to a single at 90% of 1RM)

Then, decrease weight by 35 lbs. for 2 sets of 3.
