0-10: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a partner, complete AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
Both partners may work at the same time but on different movments. Switch as necessary until a round is completed. Then on to the next round.
10-16: Deadlift (In 6 mins, Establish a 4RM)
Record your 4RM in Wodify and your team total in comments. Example: my 4RM + my partners 4RM
