Front Squat (4X4 @90% every 3 minutes)

Dumbbell Bench (4X15 every 3 minutes)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every 2 Minutes Complete:

2 Box Jumps (24/20)

2 Front Squats (75/55)

2 Cal Row/Bike
Perform this like a Death By; the next 2 minutes increase the reps to 4, then 6, then 8, 10, 12, etc. until you cannot complete the given amount of reps in the 2 minutes.
